These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 14jili ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 14jili online gaming platform available at https://14jili.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 14jili Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 14jili.

To register and maintain an active account on the 14jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age standard for online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including the 14jili internal exclusion list, or any regulatory exclusion database.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of 14jili or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment service partners.
• You must not have had a prior 14jili account terminated for violation of these Terms.

14jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 14jili may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 14jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Philippine mobile number for account verification and security purposes.
• Your date of birth confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify 14jili immediately via the support channel at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

14jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you report unauthorized access to 14jili support.

14jili accepts deposits through the following verified payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, USDT, and Coins.ph. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited. 14jili reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and may suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that matches the name on your registered 14jili account.
• A minimum of one (1) completed deposit must be on record before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution.
• 14jili reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts set by the Company.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met.

14jili offers various bonuses, promotions, cashback schemes, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that particular offer.

General conditions applicable to all 14jili bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the account registration and, where required, identity verification process.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one (1) claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the individual promotion terms. The wagering requirement must be fulfilled using real-money bets that count toward the requirement as stipulated in the offer.
• 14jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, wagering patterns that constitute bonus abuse, or using automated tools to accumulate bonus credit will have their bonus revoked and their account suspended.
• Bonus winnings will be converted to real funds only after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

All games available on the 14jili Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through independently operated studio environments. The outcomes of all games are fair, unbiased, and not influenced by the Platform or by any individual player's history, bet size, or account status.

Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules provided by the respective game provider (including but not limited to JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, CQ9, and Evolution Gaming). It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing a wager.

• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error during a game round, the bet in question will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's technical guidelines. 14jili will not be held liable for interruptions caused by the player's own internet connection or device.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change at 14jili's discretion.
• Any apparent error in a game outcome, odds display, or payout calculation that is clearly contrary to the published rules of that game will be void and the relevant bet will be settled at the correct value.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 14jili Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering more than one account or using an account on behalf of a third party.
2. Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or any game.
4. Colluding with other players in any game mode, particularly in live dealer table games or poker variants.
5. Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or display anomalies for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
6. Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform as a conduit for illegal financial transactions.
7. Circumventing or attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, deposit limits, or any other responsible gaming restriction imposed on your account.
8. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration or verification process.
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 14jili staff or other players via any channel.

14jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or use of third-party payment methods.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against 14jili by the player or by the player's payment provider.
• At the player's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose 14jili to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure initiated by the player without any outstanding breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. Accounts suspended for breach of these Terms will have their balances reviewed on a case-by-case basis; funds derived from prohibited conduct are not eligible for withdrawal.

All content available on the 14jili Platform — including but not limited to the 14jili brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 14jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 14jili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
• Use the 14jili brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission.

Any unauthorised use of 14jili intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

14jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The specific details of how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information are set out in the 14jili Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an account on the Platform, you expressly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the gaming services you have requested.

14jili will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

14jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 14jili players at no cost and can be activated directly through your account settings or by contacting the 14jili support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after a configured period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account from betting for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account from all gaming activity for a minimum period of your choosing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 14jili, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any game thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, 14jili shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond 14jili's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to protect your login credentials.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by a player's device, browser, or internet connection.

14jili's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 14jili, we encourage you to contact the support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of account and transaction disputes are resolved within 48–72 hours of being raised.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit 14jili's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

14jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
